The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors, right on the main square of the old town and the beach, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean, just steps away. The apartment is accessed via stairs (no lift available)—please keep this in mind if you have mobility challenges. As soon as you step outside, you'll find cafés, bars, and restaurants. The terrace is quiet, with no noise from the nearby venues. The beach is only 20 meters away and easily accessible from the sidewalk. The spacious 30 m² terrace features an outdoor kitchen and awning—perfect for preparing and enjoying meals year-round while taking in the views. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, plus a living room with an open kitchen. Amenities include a 40-inch TV, fiber optic internet, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Villajoyosa is lively during the day, but all restaurants close at a reasonable hour, ensuring a good night's sleep—except during the annual Fiesta (24–30 July), when the terrace offers a spectacular front-row view of all the festivities! Above the old town lies an authentic Spanish city of 35,000 residents, with little tourism throughout the year, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This apartment is a comfortable and relaxing base for enjoying both the beach and the authentic charm of Villajoyosa. Street parking in the area can be limited. A secure underground car park is located directly in front, across the street, and is available for an extra fee—we recommend planning ahead, especially during peak season.

Este apartamento, situado en la segunda planta junto a la playa de arena, fue completamente renovado en 2016. Dispone de un dormitorio y un baño, y está preparado para alojar de 2 a 4 personas, ya que en el salón tenéis un sofá cama doble. Disfrutad de dos balcones franceses con bonitas vistas al mar y a la vida local. Villajoyosa es una ciudad animada durante el día, pero todos los restaurantes cierran a una hora razonable, lo que os garantiza un buen descanso nocturno. Sobre el casco antiguo se encuentra una ciudad española de 35.000 habitantes, casi libre de turismo durante todo el año, creando un ambiente muy agradable y auténtico. La playa está a solo 20 metros del apartamento. El aparcamiento en la calle puede ser limitado. Hay un aparcamiento subterráneo seguro justo enfrente, disponible por un suplemento. Al final de la playa, hay zonas de aparcamiento gratuito, aunque no en temporada alta.
